    Well done Macc

Credit where credit is due, they absolutely deserve to stay up at our expense. Just goes to show what a decent manager can achieve.

Who would have thought Sol would save them!

All part of the script, I suppose. Bravo, football gods, you have outdone yourselves this time.

Agreed showed what you need to stay up.

Campbell was mocked by lots but he is 2nd best manager of the season after Cowley in league both did an incredible job.

Can't argue with any of these sentiments. Macclesfield deserve to stay up and we deserve to go down.

Well done Macc. You deserve it because you had the guts, determination and fight that we didn't.

Macclesfield scrapped and won some of their important games. We didn't. That's why they will be in the Football League next year.

Two examples would be them beating us at Meadow Lane (if we'd have drawn that, we'd have stayed up) and Exeter in what was a critical game in hand. The pressure was on, but they found a way to win. I don't think we won a high pressure game all season - we could only draw at best. Our wins were pretty much entirely when expectations were low, and/or the other team had an off day.

we dropped 15 out of 18 points to yeovil macc and cambridge add those points to us and take them off them and the table looks a whole lot different, you're right every must win game we didn't turn up
