Aston Villa sell stadium to themselves!

Talk about creative accounting! It made me think though, imagine if NUFC owned the freehold of St James' Park, ordinarily that would be a considerable asset but with this owner, it could well have been sold off for residential and we'd be sharing with The Heed or Falcons by now.

Our greedy, fat cunt of an owner thinks we should be grateful he doesn't charge us interest on a loan he gave 'us' despite the fact that he's the owner so he effectively gave it to himself.

I've absolutely no doubt at all that if the club owned the freehold we'd now be playing in a reduced capacity, click-together stadium somewhere in Walkergate.
