As usual, No news is No news.

Very little time to sign players, and we need a lot of them, so articles going around about players we already have and "What they say" The word Urgency has become one of the past it seems. Bilic will be gone before the season starts if we don't get a move on.

Unless I am mistaken I think our first team might look something like this for the first friendly

    Johnstone

    Nyom (if staying)
Hegazi (if back from Africa Nations Cup)
    Bartley
    Gibbs (if staying)

    Phillips
    Livermore
    Harper (if staying)
    Burke (if staying)

    Rodriguez (if staying)
    Robson-Kanu

    On the bench
    Bond
    Townsend
    Melbourne
    Brunt
    Field
    Lego
    Edwards

Oh I forgot not to worry because we all trust Mr Dowling!! Slaven this definitely is the hardest job you have ever taken on.

Hopefully this year we will blood a couple of youth players and have them break through and really make an impact.

Field, Harper, Edwards or Leko are getting to ages where they need to realise their potential.

I think Field is overdue a good run in the side. Harper could be a great player if he's managed correctly and shows a bit more urgency. Leko and Edwards are a bit inconsistent, if they changed that this season they could break into the 1st XI.

And then we've got the U18's Youth cup Semi final side, this season is probably a bit too early for them, but maybe in a couple of years they could make an impact. Maybe Morgan Rogers could come on and give us an impact from the bench in some games this season.

We have youth players at the club actively being scouted by PSG and Barca. I really hope they get their chance to shine in the future..

We really can't compete financially against prem teams, even against some teams in the championship. This will be the only way we can punch above our weight.

Unfortunately 123, they are as useful as a chocolate teapot. If they don't play well we get to keep them or loan them out, and if they do we will lose them to a richer club. Pointless.

So we lose J Rod, and talk of villa after Hegazi.
STILL nobody coming in. The players we need is rising. This club has no idea.
