    Phil Jones

We've been linked with him tonight on a few Man Utd rumor sites.

Apparently he wants to move if they get Maguire as he doesn't think he'll get much football.

    He is terrible though!

Doubt Mike would pay his wages anyway.

Let's hope it stays a rumour.

I wouldn't even have him ahead of Clarke in our pecking order of CBs he's terrible.

He is ****, He would be like singing a Joselu like defender. Plus he never got over the battering in the game we won 3-1 I think Cabaye scored a Free Kick and Jones scored a home goal.

    Agree with you all.

Yet, part of me sees Phil Jones as a very Bruce style player.

    Don't know why, gut feeling.

One position we don't need to strengthen is CB. Would be ridiculous to spend any of our transfer budget there. And as has already been said, Jones would not be an improvement.

Not too long ago Bobby Charlton said he had everything and could be another Duncan Edwards.

Charlton needs to go to Specsavers, the only thing that compares is his physique.

Duncan was not just big and powerful but an excellent footballer in the days when players tackles were crunching. He played for England at 18 year old and was still only 18 or 19 when he scored the winner against a very strong Scotland side at Hamden Park.
