    It’s not working but...

Maybe given time if players knew what the **** they are doing but I’m not hopeful

Maybe we could try 4-4-2 with Morris and Vassell on wings or could Barlaser possibly do that job ?

We know nothing though but neither do the coaching staff after all the latest performance

Players need to know where/ what positions they are doing or we are in deep ****

It was certainly all a bit embarrassing. Early indications are that it is going to be a long hard season. A very un-Rotherham like performance.

What we're trying is a very basic 4-3-3. Four defenders and two banks of three. The pitch has even been narrowed to compensate for it.
I'm no manager but if we insist on three strikers then maybe a 3-4-1-2 formation would work better, with Morris or Vassell playing behind a front two. We don't necessarily have to play down the wings but having Barlasar and maybe Olosunde playing wide midfield would at least give us some energy and quality down the sides.

Yes that could be a better formation
