MillersMad Matchthread - The Millers v Wimbledon

I hope that you had a great St Valentines day and spent as much time as you could with the one person special to you! God tweeted ' I bought Mary a box of Black Magic. One day I think she'll let me have sèx with her'. It has to be said though that lovers, parteners and other halves can be changed at a cost when you fall out of love with them.

Can't be said about a football team though can it? The Millers will let you down but you'll forgive them and go to the next game. You can't divorse them because it's a stupid idea! anyway who could you love afterwards? Could you love another team?

This season we could go better than Ronnies team when we won the last 10 home games! After a dreadful start to the season at home who'd have thought that we'd be where we are now?

    Enjoy the match everyone!

Heavy rain, 45 mph winds, should be a leveller.

Was due to be on the 9am train south this morning but not travelling after all the scaremongering on LNER. Weather does look poor but have to say very impressed with the Millers ticket office who have given full refund on the tickets and LNER going to give full refund for the train. Back to IFollow this afternoon. Hope weather isnt as bad as it says when game starts.

High winds and heavy rain this afternoon. Could suit Wimbledon more than us. It's not going to be pretty. Hope no one is expecting us to coast this one with a 4-0 win. I hope someone quotes this after we win 4-0!
I'll take a dirty ugly 1-0 win with the ball going in off late substitute Ladapo's tail end.

    3 - 1 Millers

Like many others I watched the first game of this season at Wimbledon.
It won't be an easy game today, all to play for.

Yes, strange see-saw game at Kingsmeadow. We dominated the first half - scored, but missed a lot of chances. They altered formation at half time and got back into the game for 20 minutes and equalised, but pressure from the Millers was too much for them in the end, and we won 2-1. Ladapo was my man of the match, so maybe Warney will start with him today based on that good performance
