To be truthful, Ashley isn't the worst owner we have had

but he is by far the most odious, disdainful human being to have owned our club.

Since the club was first created almost 130 years ago he is the only owner we have had who was wealthy enough and capable of putting the club into the top half dozen in the world.

What a hero he would have been had he done it and what unlimited success would he have achieved personally as a result of it.

What a mess he has made of it. His own stupid egotistic fault, and not one other single person to blame.

He is the worst though. Yes others have seemed worse but with the vast riches available he has percentage of income against what he has taken, has had more out of the club than anyone. He has even managed to relegate us twice.
I hear people say he inherited debt. I dont believe a word that thief says. He had a start either way with a ground, training centre an established Premier League team. A little investment, the right manager in place, we would have been fine. He runs it like one of his tatty retail outlets.
Debt doubled, relegations, treatment of fans, treatment of club legends the list goes on. Look at some of the teams that have grown while we have gone the other way.
Mike Ashley is by far the WORST owner we have had. Most of all why he is, he has split and destroyed a fan base, isolated a city from hope in their club and lost a whole generation of fan.

He is the worst. I don't remember another with the same objective as him: zero ambition on the pitch.
