    The First House You Yourself Owned?

    5,Rectory Gardens,Old Swinford,Stourbridge.

    Bought in 1987 for £34.500 and probably worth £250k now😳

    It’s barely changed inside since I sold it in 92.

    One bed flat in Streatham South London. Bought in 1980 for £18,000 around £300,000 now.

    For some reason no images available on Rightmove for anything around there.

    After getting married, our first house was in Mallory Drive, Kidderminster, a 3 bedroom semi. No photo of it on Rightmove. I think we paid about £16,000 for it; it last sold, according to Rightmove, in 2004 for £123,000.
