Ashley and the proceeds of the sale

I hope he gets the cash all in one go, has an enormous booze up and blows it all in one night in the casino in a drunken stupor

2 more poor business deals like Debenhams and it’ll all be gone.
Buying up failing high street shops and then the virus comes. Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person.
Great to see him pushed into a corner and receiving a dose of his own medicine. I hope it makes him a better person but I strongly doubt it.

Why is it that he's selling us now though? Is he really that strapped for cash?

Apparently this is also quite common, it helps to move the deal along quicker.

Well his retail empire is going down the pan with lockdown.

He's lost value of over £200 million in share price I think.

Equally, lots of businesses he could potentially pick up for a very cheap price looking at other side.

I think theres a few more heading for administration. Oasis, Warehouse, Kath Kidson.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him moving in on these. This current climate is prime Ashley country - if he snaps all these up at the right price and rides out the storm he could be coining it in down the road, but I think he needs to radically change how these businesses operate in the future.

I don't wish ill on anyone but this cnt deserves it.

It would be a bigger laugh if he bought those and others but they continued to go down the plughole instead of recovering thus he went down with them.

Now that would be something to rejoice over, especially if J.D. Sports were able to pick up the lot for peanuts.

The fat cùnt can do what he likes with it as long as he gets no happiness out of it. I will be just glad not to hear about him anymore.
