What a unit. A speedy big lad...intriguing signing.
Agreed, looks very interesting!
Big, fast, young - that's already three important factors right there. Plus he looks to have a great finish on him, and what I liked the most about that video is that a few of his goals were 'ugly' goals which came about through winning 50/50s and battling with defenders. He looks to have a bit of mongrel about him as the Aussies would say, and we'll need that.
Is he another one who has lost his way a bit, recently?
As gumpy showed he is a free agent and can play left wing center and right wing.

Football Radar showing they can find us potentially good players who cost nothing or very little money.
That's certainly what we're hoping for. I'm sure they've played a big part in at least some of the recent domestic signings, but now it's clear we're branching out into the European markets and really seeking to take advantage of the scouting resources at our disposal.
Based on the YouTube highlights he looks skilful for a big lad and will certainly surprise one or two defenders at this level if he runs at them like he does in those clips.
Of course it's difficult to judge the standard of the opposition in many of these videos. The Dutch second division and the Bulgarian top flight both sound like they should be decent, but I think they're roughly on a par with Scottish football, which isn't saying much. Mawouna Amevor and Genero Snijders were both operating in the Dutch second tier before they joined us, and Civard Sprockel had spent a short time with Botev Plovdiv in Bulgaria, so it's no guarantee of quality, but no doubt there will be uncut diamonds hiding in these types of competition waiting to be discovered. I would imagine we've targeted Elisha Sam in a more scientific way than those aforementioned signings, so let's hope that at the very least we've got quality competition and cover for Kyle Wootton, and an extra option out wide as well.
Oddly enough, Elisha isn't our first Belgian with Ghanaian heritage. Stanley Aborah was the same, although Stan was born in Ghana whereas Elisha was born in Belgium.
