    Phillips Blow!

Looks like he's out for the season.(Knee)

Ben White takes his place in midfield with Berardi slotting in at the back.

    Massive blow.

    Agreed. Never easy at Leeds.

It's not convenient but we won games when he was out before.

And if we go back to the Swansea game, he was clearly "not right" and whilst replacing him because we have to rather than want to isnt ideal, it can be done and as Denver says, we have win games where he was absent.

Agreed and he occasionally looks casual and gives the ball away. Would rather have him in the team than not but having White or Hernandez our would be a bigger blow.

Could be some interesting selection issues for Thursday.

    Casilla v Meslier

Where to play White - hope he leaves him at CB where he has been immense - suspect he won’t.

I would like to see him play Gotts or McAlmont in the DM role (but know he won’t) or does he play Dallas there. Could even play Shack and mix up roles with Klick.

Does Alioski start - does Pablo start (suspect no in both cases).

We have so many good young players and playing them in these games would seem to be a sensible progression and show of faith in them.

Hey ho - no matter what side he plays this is our season and we are going up!

When Phillips is "on song" maybe, but White is just so consistently good, and occasionally brilliant (as against Fulham).

Maybe, but playing the holding role is totally different, Love White but love him at c.back is all i am saying...

Agreed - the one thing Phillips I think needs to work on is those days when he switches off a little and careless gives the ball away.

Still hope White starts at the back as he and Cooper give confidence to those in front of them.
