    Brian Cox of D:Ream

From the formation of D:Ream Brian Cox was the keyboard player on all their best selling stuff. There is just one exception to that. Whilst he was with D:Ream the only track that he did not play on was 'Things Can Only Get Better'. When that was recorded he was playing truant, studying / working at astronomy, physics and various other sciences.

After he deserted the band in order to piss about full time in numerous sciences the success of D:Ream gradually tailed off. I believe that his departure and such tailing off was mere coincidence. If you listen to most of D:Ream's stuff the keyboard parts tend to consist of not much more than easy chords, so obviously he did not demand to be musically stretched.

Very occasionally he will demonstrate such keyboard skills as he has, as in 2012 :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOTA32QJ3HQ

Maybe the success of D:Ream tailing off was because of Brian leaving. After all, do you want to hear the soothing mellifluous tones of Brian's limited range or do you want to hear some cunt playing a complicated fast keyboard solo which proves what a good technical player he is but has fuck all musical entertainment merit.

It is clear on that video from 2012 that since his D:Ream days Brian has learned to play another chord. So that is 4.

When Brian does lectures he nearly always allows questions to be asked by his audience at the end.
So this what I would ask him :-
"Given that there are at least 2 trillion galaxies in our universe and that there may be other universes, which of these two events will happen first? Will scientists discover intelligent extraterrestrial life or will you learn another chord?".
