Why is Brady even playing in the Prem, let alone allowed to come on and take over set pieces

Brady is a has been, forget him allow the set pieces to McNeil..

Must admit my head dropped when he brought him on,did nothing wrong for a change though.. Def shouldn't be allowed to take free kicks though.

Like you Alf, thought why is he bringing Brady on, yet he did not do anything dramatically wrong but he was woeful with taking free kicks. Hopefully come summer he will be off to Celtic or somewhere as he does not appear to want to be here, releasing a wage for someone who wants to be at BFC

Berg can't play 90 minutes so I suppose he has to come on. When he first arrived he was lethal with the free-kicks, but not anymore, why he's allowed near them now, like others I have no idea.

He can take them all he wants for Celtic ( but someone keep him away from ours for next 10 games please? ).

Not really the case BT. He is still coming back from injury and we don't know just how his recovery has gone since he was injured against Fulham on 17 February. He missed the next three PL matches and then played 68 minutes against Arsenal and then 66 minutes yesterday and he signalled to the bench yesterday that he was starting to struggle just before he was subbed.
None of us know the extent of any injuries or which player may be carrying on, in spite of minor injuries. The club do not publicise details and nor should they.
I would be very surprised if JBG plays 90 minutes for Iceland in the next few weeks, however, who knows?

Im just glad we have a quite decent replacement on the bench!! Brady is not quite what he was when he came to us. But at least he is here and playing when he can. And I’m sure he hits em in on the training field day in day out... or someone would take the ball away from him. Why are we so keen or getting rid of players?? are new ones lined up outside Barnfield?? You don’t strengthen the team by letting players go... or talking em down...
