    Jack Cork gets a game

    Great news
Playing alongside Phil Bardsley and Dale Stephens, Jack Cork played the first half as the under-23s got a 3-1 victory over Reading today.
Mumbongo scored 2 - get him in the first team quick or he will be off out of contract.

We can’t afford to waste promising talent. I felt Koiki did not get enough opportunities to play in our first team.

Sadly, Koiki hasn't been holding his place in the Bristol Rovers side and they aren't exactly doing brilliant until the last couple of games which they have won but in which he has not played.

    Great news!

Let's hope we have an injury free run now (and no covid), then we should start climbing out of trouble.

For me he is past his sell by date, good in his day but he's a yard too slow now

I wonder if SD could be tempted to chuck Mumbongo in at the deep end?

    Not a chance.

I have not seen him play, but a friend of a friend who has a family member in the academy at Burnley, says the lad is a "beast" and plays on the lines of Lukaku, which would give us another battering ram option. Might be worth a shout for 20 minutes?
