This was to be a game changer months ago,but what happens if you are told to isolate and people don't then what.Bit like the government saying you could or might be fined for breaking the rules when it should have been `will be fined`word would of got out that you were fined from the off as it were.As much as the Chinese have a bad reputation what says goes,but never happens in GB and that is why we are where we are to some extent.
