He blows too hot and cold for me, as a captain he should be taking charge more especially under duress. He was ok when he first took the arm band not now.

You know what, seeing him speak recently, I agree...I actually do think he cares. No, he's not the best but i think he's ok and I think he's pissed off with how things are.

Obviously, it didn't help coming out with the 'Mike's a nice guy' stuff but, trying to be more objective about it, I guess you could think what else could he say? Captain of the club talking about the owner who's just had a meal with them all and who must have presented himself as the 'barrel of laughs, gregarious host'-type, misunderstood, wants the best, etc, etc, Obviously none of us buy that type of bullshit as fans but Lascelles doesn't have our perspective.

I fear our illustrious captain Jamal might also be in the cabbage camp.
He has gradually disappeared as a player and a personality at the club since cabbage took over. He must be the player (and there are several) who has most suffered from Rafa leaving.
