The Iron drew 2-2 away at Shrewsbury Town in 2016, as @Kyle_Wootton_9 and @Paddymadden got the goals.

Is Leigh Curtis giving Notts a nudge to try and sign him.

Paddy Madden has got a very good goalscoring record in Leagues 1 and 2, and he's only 31. That might be too old for some, but I think he could be just what we need and possibly worth a rest of this and next season deal. Rumours are that he might be going on loan to Stockport, I'd be a bit disappointed if that happened because players with his pedigree should shine at this level.

    Could Notts afford him ?
Would have him in a heartbeat.

Stockport seem to have plenty of funds and Wrexham certainly do.

Paddy Madden could certainly be the answer to our scoring problems. Plus having played up top with Wootton in the past then there is the advantage that they know each other and have played together before. Neil Cox is the manager of Sc.unthorpe as well.

Therefore it's written in the stars he's destined to come to Notts.

Given the massive deflection and that Madden pushed the defender to go clean through I think he's pretty lucky to be credited with a goal. Kyle's first touch was awful as well.

He's at Fleetwood at the moment. It seems Stockport want a permanent deal and Fleetwood aren't really wanting to lose him, Stockport must be offering silly money for them to even consider it

Signed for 3 years, I’ve always expected they probably have the best budget and this has confirmed it for me

That’s it then. As we no longer have the best budget we need to hope they win the league and we go up through the playoffs. After all money and faculties win football matches 😬

Could be a great signing for them.
Paddy should almost guarantee 15 goals plus in the NL.
I don't know anything about their new owners other than what I have read which is that they are very wealthy.

If Stockport don't go up, we will also have money bags Wrexham to compete with (if they don't go up) - all ifs and buts I know.

Unless of course Notts actually get.........
