FAO Roma And The Shrewsbury Pickets

We've discussed this over the years on here Roma and you've always shown a great interest in this particular case .

Well the convictions for the pickets was overturned yesterday .

It only took 50 years ...... but there you go I guess .

Correct Animal , I was caught up in the threatening /intimidating actions of some , although my union Plumber's/Electricians were separate from theirs , they made it quite clear what would happen if we didn't follow their requests !!
Hard to believe it's 50 yrs ago , although it's now been overturned , many will have passed away now , not knowing how the justice system failed them so badly , good and bad amongst the strikers back then , but for this to take so long is ridiculous ,

On a different topic , but justice wise , did anyone watch " Football's Darkest Day " an harrowing interesting watch , it brought back memories of years back , some Coaches at Local clubs /schools / youth centres had a sadistic streak in them , I don't recall anyone being ***ually abused , but some treatment handed out to certain individuals was shocking , and those who did these things back then would certainly be looking at a jail sentence now ,
