    World Cup qualifiers

Thought I'd just start a general thread instead of one for each game.
Popey is starting against Albania and Poland .. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/56472933
Interesting snippet if he keeps a clean sheet against Albania he'll be the first England goalie to do it in 6 consecutive appearances.
Kick off at 5 tomorrow on ITV

Czech Republic just kicked off v Belgium, Vydra is a sub, at least he's used to that.

Vydra got about 15 mins but was only mentioned once for being offside. A good point though for Czechia but not as good as Malta's 2-2 draw at Slovakia. Embarrassing for ROI getting beaten at home by Luxembourg. And so to bed, don't forget the clocks go forward.

They're off. Nick looks a bit nervy, a couple of dodgy kicks out.

England are doing a lot of passing back which isn't helping Nick's game.

The usual England problem with lower teams, we're trying to walk it into the net, not enough shots.

Just as England were looking toothless up pops Kane with a good header from our first decent cross.

6 clean sheets from his debut.. Think that's a record for an England keeper.

It is, it was mentioned before KO. However he's had nothing to do in the last 2 games, hope he makes it 7 v Poland.

JBG managed 90 mins for Iceland but they got beat 2-0 by Armenia and he collected a yellow card, but hopefully not an injury.
