    O/T Aye It Hot

    Blast furnace heat is here. Currently 22c outside in Oldbury and its only 9am. 29c in the house and thats with all the windows open! Who needs the stress of trying to escape prison Britain when we have weather like this. Make the most it, it doh come round very often.

    Gorgeous all week down here in Tenby, the only pity is that we're coming home tomorrow.

    Staying at a mates outside Weymouth for a few days. Does look beautiful. More Brummies here than in Birmingham I reckon.

    The climate is definitely changing, but it's been much warmer than this before. The Romans had vineyards and grew chestnuts.
    From the 1600's until the 20th century we had the little ice age with frost fairs on the Thames. Dickens novels all have snowy winters.
    It began warming up in the 20th century though we still had throwback winters like 1947 and 1963. These winter's were the norm a hundred years before.
    It's warmer now than people can remember and the storms are more violent, but the climate still isn't as warm as when the romans were here.
    We have only been recording the weather for about 200 years.
