Nations should get together and refuse to play in the World Cup unless FIFA kick Russia out now.
That way the tournament couldn't take place and FIFA would lose a fortune.

I'm sure that would focus their minds.
At the same time the FIFA board must be replaced due to their insipid statements

Won’t be a very interesting World Cup with just Russia involved.
