    Getting to be a regular thing again.Next week theres a steam charter running from Paddington all the way upto the Severn Valley Raiway to Kidderminster then along the Valley to Bridgnorth

    Should be a beautiful trip this time of year and besides any trip that takes in Bridgnorth is special.

    Useless fact - Did you know that in the event of him invading the UK, Hitler was going to make Bridgnorth his local "Berchtesgaden"!

    All in all, that's a very good value trip at £120. It's £25 return between Kidder and Bridgnorth on the SVR.

    The Railwayman's Arms is nice, but the Old Castle up the road is well worth a visit for their meals and beers as well.
