    Used to be groans on here and elsewhere when he played, he has done fantastically well, hats off to MB in helping him along.
    Seems like a great lad, head on shoulders etc. Very pleased for him….well done.

    Can't disagree with that and can't imagine the side without him going forward.

    Has improved massively over past 2-3 seasons - not sure if there has always been England player of the year, or something similar, but who possibly in a white shirt, have also won it?
    Maybe 91 - 92 squad, or as far back as the 70s setup
