Reported -
Derby County have had a 5th charge added to the list of offences.
Current offences put against Derby County include their failure to submit
' audited annual account ' on time, which they have since been reordered
to do, & ' Defaults in payments to HMRC ', which means a failure to repay
debts either entirely, or on time, to HMRC.
It appears the new offence is ' Default in paying transfer instalments '.

Regulation 17 - Default in payments to HMRC
Profit & sustainability rules - Non submission of audited accounts.

Summary - If I was Rooney, I would be out of the club, what a farce.
Derby County want relegating to the National league.
It really ****s me off
The clubs won’t stand together against theses so called bigger/favourite clubs so they just get away with it constantly
Yes I feel for the fans (well some) but there’s got to be a punishment for all that break rules and not just the chosen ones
I don’t understand why Rooney is still there tbh, maybe he’s just like them, who knows
Wait for the slappy, danny, naughy boy dont do it again now from the footy authorities...
Shouldn't other EFL clubs chairmen say enough is enough, tell the EFL fair justice all round,
if they don't implement the rules, the clubs say, we won't play any games, that would get
the EFL big wigs sitting up, to implement the correct justice, to a club who have flaunted
the system for long enough.
Just one thing Eric, most of the big champ clubs would get away/ want to get away with it themselves so they wont want to set a precedent. The piggys are still taking the piss even in our league...
The EFL board consists of a chairman & nine directors.
Six directors who are divisional representatives elected by member clubs,
Three directors from the championship, Two directors from division one,
One director from division two.
Championship
Nicolas Randall - Nottingham Forest
Peter Ridsdale - Preston North End
Neal Bausor - Middlesbrough
Division One
Jez Moxey - Burton Albion
Steve Curwood - Fleetwood Town
Division Two
John Nixon - Carlisle United
EFL Board
Rick Parry - Chairman
Trevor Birch - Chief Executive
Debbie Jevans CBE - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Simon Bazalgette - Independent Non-Executive Director
So championship club representatives don't hold the upper hand in voting.
We will see what the punishment will be against Derby County, the last verdict
against them was from a independent panel.
With this crime sheet I’m expecting Frank Drebin to be in charge of investigations
With this list of charges against Derby, i'm expecting,...er...............nothing what will hurt them.
Derby County Transfer embargo -
The transfer embargo had allowed the club to bring in only free agents, on one year deals
or shorter, & players on half season loans.
All signings had to fall within a wage restriction, reportedly a maximum of £4,500 a week.
Derby county brought in free agents, Curtis Davies, Ravel Morrison, Richard Stearman &
Ryan Allsop on one year deals, & that filled the clubs allowed quota of 23 players of
" Professional Standing ".
The club then received dispensation from the EFL, to add Phil Jagielka & Sam Baldock on
short term deals, until January 2022 to cover long term injuries to Krystian Bielik &
Colin Kazim-Richards.
It means Derby County can't add new signings to the squad unless -
1 - Transfer embargo is relaxed or lifted
2 - One of the 23 players of " Professional Standing " in the squad leaves permanently
or his contract is terminated, to free up a space for another free agent.
Summary
The EFL might wait until the season end, to me do this, give em a 30 point deduction,
& relegate them to either division two or the National League.
The club has bent the rules, time & time again.
