Barcelona - Total spending limit 97m euros, reduction of 280m euros from 2020-21

Atletico Madrid - Total spending limit 171m euros, reduction of 81m euros from 2020-21

Valencia - Total spending limit 31m euros, reduction of 72m euros

Barcelona have been hit hard for breaking the rules, with the vast amount of what Real Madrid
