Watching the Stoke match last night, heard the commentators saying Stoke have spent X £million on this and that in the transfer window. So got me thinking who has actually spent what and how much income did they get in transfer fees coming in. Interesting findings ... https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cham...wettbewerb/GB2

Basically the highest investor by a country mile is Fulham - spent £20m against income of £4m in the window. Followed by MBoro (Spend £7m v Income £0) and Swansea (Spent £5m v Income £3m).

The lowest investors by a country mile are Sheff Utd (Spend £0 v Income £25m), Bournemouth (Spend £2m v Income £24m) and Albion (Spend £0 v Income £19m).

Ten clubs spent £0 in the window. Stoke Spent £4m v Income £13m.

What goes it mean? Who the **** knows .... but shows Fulham are dead certs to go up IMO unless they have a monumental blow up. Expect Sheff Utd, Albion and Bournemouth have war chests for the Jan window ..... assuming our invisible owner hasn’t pocketed the lot .... especially when Prem parachutes are considered. Most Championship clubs are living on the breadline.

Anyway .... answered my own curiosity for 30 mins ....
