I’m a martyr to them Des, my a r s e hole looks like a plate of spaghetti at times!
The itching is beyond belief, it can drive you mental but the worst thing you can do is scratch them, I find that pressing on them gives better relief.
The best treatment is the steroid cream but you can only get this direct from a doctor so get an appointment ASAP mate.
I also used Haemoclin previously which is an over the counter thing and you squirt a gel up your own a r s e with the applicator.
