Thanks for posting! The performance of our U23s this year has been good and should give us some confidence for the future but sadly we never seem to introduce them into the first team soon enough and end up losing too many. I'm assuming that much of this is down to money and youngsters having their heads turned by agents and the lure of "big" clubs rather than failings of our own? Don't know if the proposed new independent review board will assist smaller clubs in helping to protect them from such raids but would hope so as it must be gutting to help develop younger players only to see them nabbed just before they are ready to step up into the first team.

We had 3 young uns on the bench on Saturday and Garner -Hickman Man of the match.
Seem to be moving in the right direction, just need to get the contracts sorted out.
Some of the players who left recently, seem to be just a quick windfall.
