    Great nicknames?

It’s a while since we did this.

My personal favourite is still former footballer Fitz Hall who’s know to his mates as “One Size”.....🤣

There was a kid in my brothers year at school used to wee himself and he’s gone through life being known to everyone as “Wet Patch”.

My favourite nickname amongst people I’ve known of was a chap at my dad’s office who’s surname was Bodily and everyone knew him as “Grievious” 🤣🤣🤣

My workmates in the 90’s referred to me as “Frank” due to a very slight resemblance to Frank Skinner along with my accent and the Albion connection.

I was also known as “Angry Young Man” but I don’t know how they came up with that!

Mates from work BT called me Magnum, because of my big moustache and hairy chest

There was a teacher at our school who had a Terry Nutkins/Hulk Hogan hairstyle and a sizeable gap in between his front teeth - we called him gappy slappy

Well I guess, given the era, that's kind of acceptable!😀Mind you, do you ever look back at old photos like me and cringe? Sometimes I think the 70s and 80s were the Time Fashion Forgot! My Only saving grace is that at least I never got a perm😄
