South Shields eh?
No player disappointed me more in our first season at this level than Rose. I was honestly expecting him to excel at NL level. Happy to admit I was wrong, badly wrong as maybe his current club shows.
Although not as wrong as the people who said we missed him after he left. There is a huge difference between a Mitch Rose type and Mitch Rose.

Yep, thought he'd be one of the best in the division after the way he played towards the end of our relegation but he bulked up over the summer and came back slower than I think I'd be and always made plenty of time on the ball look like no time at all. Originally Posted by laddo
