    OT cocktails

I have to admit I’m a sucker for a good cocktail.
My favourite is an old fashioned but it has to be a decent bourbon.
I do enjoy a margarita, good tequila, triple sec, lime and salt.

Recently tried a mudslide. It’s similar to a White Russian but no milk. It’s vodka, kaluha and baileys. It tastes like pudding so I didn’t realise how drunk they were getting me.

    Any other choices on here?

Drink quite a few Mai Tai when in Hawaii.

1 1/2 oz White rum, 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz Orange curaçao, 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup, 3/4 oz Dark rum

You have heard of the purple rains. Christmas eve I was making lilac drizzles.

2oz vodka. 2oz peach schnapps. 1oz blue Curacao. 1oz grenadine. Then choice of 1/3 pint lemonade or 1/3 pint of peach sparkle water
1/2 pint pot. Crushed ice. brolly optionally

Sumat I tried for the first time this Xmas which I can highly recomend.
Raspberries crush vodka. Mixed it 25/75 with lemonade. Plenty of ice.

Had 2 pints of it and will be a cracking summer tipple.
In fact I can smell the Barbi sizzling away cooking the short ribs. Sipping one of these. Gowd I hate winter 😠

Park central Mojito I drank in Cuba in the park central hotel.

Havana club, crushed mint, lime and cava. Got so drunk got out of the lift and walked straight into the wall. Very nice though!

Sugar around top of shot glass then chambord with cream top. Very nice

    Dr Pepper
1/2 pint larger 1/2 coke and shot glass full of amaretto dropped in. Taste just like Dr Pepper funnily enough.
