Choice of managers what did them and the fact that some ( not all ) Ipswich fans think they have a right to be in the Premier League.
It doesn't work like that ask Sheffield United, Sunderland, Charlton etc, all stagnated for a period of time in League 1.

This is what bothers me abart a change in ownership. Dunt get me wrong I want this lot gone but who's to say the next lot wint be shyte or, perish the thought, even worse than PMG? It has to be fan oriented whoever succeeds PMG for me but how do we do that without either the club going into administration or starting again as
AFC Barnsley? A backer is needed and a financial backer certainly ain't gonna be standing back and acting as a sleeping partner.
It's sure a tricky situation.
