    Offensive chant needs stamping out

MK Dons edged out local rivals Wycombe in a game marred by a delay following offensive supporter chants aimed at Chairboys forward Adebayo Akinfenwa.

Now I obviously wasn’t there but reading the comments on twitter they chant was *** offender (yes some of ours sang that at games but not meant in the way it’s being portrayed)

Now tell me why it’s more a disgrace for a player than away fans chanting that pedo **** to us when there’s probably a victim in the crowd?

Another thing, why stop the game when he wasn’t on pitch?

    You raise a good point.

I was in a conversation about what happened at Fleetwood and the way Rotherham United reacted with a written, open apology. We were in agreement that the club was right to do so.

It was then said that they wished other clubs could issue an apology to Rotherham fans for the pedo chant. Especially the local teams that have supporters that live in Rotherham.

The only way it will stop is to play games without fans.

It’s a chant that Newcastle fans came up with about Ronaldo.

Other teams are chanting it at anyone now for a reaction.

Ronaldo has had this all season from massive crowds after his accusations and nothing has been mentioned.

A sub gets it a bit and the game is stopped. Fecking madness.

On a similar note. Looks like Mason Greenwood’s career could be over.

    Only just heard about Greenwood.
Yes his career could be over with one club but some other will take him on

I doubt he will play for England while Southgate is in charge.

Not condoning any of this but football nowadays is getting increasingly "beige"

The Mason Greenwood recording is quite difficult to listen to.

He certainly doesn't fit our Managers ''good hooman'' approach so he's not coming here....
