    Never mind Wilder...

Eddie Howe was the guy we should have had.

"Eddie Howe is making a huge impact on proceedings up at Newcastle United and already looks to be completely turning things around from the Steve Bruce era.

A run of impressive form was continued last weekend with a good point at West Ham United. A goal from Joe Willock sealed the draw and the Toon now look odds-on to beat the drop. It is, as some have said, an impressive turnaround from Howe in such a short space of time".

He was never going to come here, neither was Lampard. Wilder would have been ideal for us and was ready to sign. In our position now Bruce was the best option.

Too right Des! Lets go back to Big Sam - he would 100% had stayed if the transfer budget had been satisfactory to achieve promotion. It wasn't so he left! Can't blame him! No OK, no Gallagher, No Pereira etc etc. Sam knew Livermore and most of the others were s hite!

No decent manager in work would leave a club to come to the shambles at West Brom and risk their reputation as it would be plain crazy. So we have to settle for managers out of work and desperate or low championship or lower league lavel.

Yeah right lol, and we were really hanging in at 3-2 in the end. Wilder is a good boss though and surely he will be back in the Prem again soon. Maybe just not with Middlyborough though ehh. 😁

Very true, Sam only got a tune out of them after dropping Livermore and getting in his own midfield and forward
