Notts did not play at their best last night but probably deserved the win,Carlisle had a couple chances in the second half and I agree with griff that they need a finisher,Carlisle didn?t look like a team that is bottom of the league and showed that if things go their way they could pull out of drop of death,if I am honest I can see there being more of a chance of Utd staying up than Notts getting promoted,Carlisle will be a big club in NL but hopefully it will not come to that

I think Notts played as well as we let them. We had good energy and our passing was better though not perfect. Our tackles and blocks were timely, but the elephant in the room is the final third where we fail, week after week.needs addressing and quickly, but Williamson isn’t for changing.

If the finishing is the main problem griff how come Williamson won?t address it? It seems ridiculous that he has not done anything about it in the transfer window when you are talking about a possible drop into the NL,soley going by the one game that I saw theres no reason why Utd cannot get out of the bottom two with a few tweaks

Dale have been unusually quiet in the transfer market, must need all the money for the pitch...

I know a couple of lads who were well miffed last night as they found out the game was off whilst sat in the Radcliffe Arms for a few pre match beers..
