    Comparison

So, Everton beat Boreham Wood 2 - 0, (0 - 0 at the half), and we did.......?

Not acceptable, no matter how many injuries we had to deal with

I don’t believe we played Boreham Wood this season and had we done so there is no reason other than to expect we would have beaten them.

Boreham Wood had 20% possesion and 1 shot on target

If you want to go watch them every week, off you go.

Already responded to the new manager thread, wishing the guy well, just pointing out that a National League side did better against recent opposition than we did, hopefully Marsch can improve matters.

Either deliberately missing the point (Boreham Wood got a better result that we did against Toffees) or.........actually, thinking about it, just missed the point, deliberately or otherwise

Yes by sheer luck and not trying to play a game of football.

Did you watch the first half? "Not trying to play a game of football" my ar5e. Was always going to come down to stamina fitness etc, team of amateurs vs. PL team. We have no such excuses and can you actually say we would have deserved anything from the game?
