Are we a better TEAM without ASM?

I have noticed that when he takes the ball forward, other players look reluctant to go forward.

    Why?

Its obviously a big risk he will loose the ball, trying to take on people. And if he pass a player or two, he wont pass it anyway.

Not a very good team player that ASM.

No. As soon as he came on we had a pressure release.

Going by his display today, it's a no. Granted, when he's on his game and flying he's great, he's just too inconsistent for me.

He scares the life out of defences and allows the team to get up the pitch so i'd say no. Was poor today though.

Might still be suffering from Bruce telling everyone to get the ball to him and thinking he has to do everything himself. Howe is probably on it

Thought has occurred to me as well.

I'm going to say similar to Albert, that he still needs to be de-bruced of this "I must do everything" mentality.

    Maybe.

Fact is we have done of our best team efforts this season without him.

And feck me he needs to learn how to pass.

Our most exciting attacking player. Can never have too many of these and I hoped Almiron would have been too, the kid has lost his way.

Depends which Maxi turns up...which is often the case with flair players.

The one who turned up against Everton was unplayable-would be great to see more of that.

Howe will sort him out or ship him out.
