    Matchday Tread: Brewers v Rams

The Localest of Derby's Derbys, in fact despite being a Derby resident the Piralli Stadium is actually my closest ground. Doesn't feel quite like a Forest Derby though, although if we don't pull our finger out we may have to get used to it.

We've not done well against The Brewers over the years, will we do any better this time around?

    My prediction: 3-1 Rams

    Anyone?

Remember, 2pm kick off. Five of my row turned up 5 mins late for Sheff Wed, a guy further back only arrived at half time

Dunno, agree we never seem to brush them aside recently, they up their game for us (more than the others). Being positive: 2-0

0 to the home side, 3 to the away side. Apart from Chester and Anangi (remember him?) we have a full squad available.

Is the fact it's at the Pirelli the reason this is called the matchday "tread"

Do you know what that is? Seeing as you have said often enough it doesn't reflect "your" world!

Two points dropped beginning to have some concerns over his team selection, Sibley at left back?

Yep...two more points dropped and too many draws recently...BUT...still well in touch with a game in hand on Peterborough in 6th and only nine more points to play for before the window opens. All winnable so here’s hoping.

What do you think will happen when the window opens?

I’m hoping we’ll be able to strengthen where necessary via a little bit of wheeler dealing...albeit largely via more loans because I still don’t think we’re allowed to make conventional signings even if we raise money via sales.
Doubt Warne would have joined if he hadn’t been assured that he could do some strengthening at the earliest opportunity.
