.... and PD definitely wanting his money back holding up any possibility of new ownership?
I believe that PD wants out immediately with all of the debt repaid, which is extremely unlikely to happen.
Surely the way to go is to build into any new ownership deal the possibility of Henderson / Branthwaite being transferred with PD's Purepay getting the amount due to 1921.
