The EFL have made a official statement, regarding Derby County showing evidence
of sufficient funding to complete the current season, plus a announcement of a
preferred bidder for the club.

Statement by the EFL -
" On 27th January 2022 the EFL & Derby County Administrators, Quantuma,
announced a four week extension to the deadline, for the provision of evidence of
sufficient funding to complete the current season ".
" The administrators have not yet provided that evidence, & we await an urgent
further update from them, & the announcement of a preferred bidder ".

Summary - We find again the EFL have no b*lls, there should be a further points
deduction, or even relegation to league 2 for next season, Derby County are making
a mockery of the football league, in the U/K.
After Bury FC were just shown the door, with no bending of the rules for them, or
money to hire expensive lawyers, to fight the EFL decision.
