    Player of the season

    Who would you go for?

First season in 5 years where it is actually difficult to choose for the wrong reasons last few seasons its been hard to seperate them theres been that many choices, now its slim pickings.

Raphinha- Top scorer, best player but kinda downed tools for a while and looks to be asking for a way out, not the kind of person I vote for.

Forshaw- Come back from injury, done the best he can in the middle with the talent he has.

Meslier- Overworked, made a few mistakes but also made a lot of very good saves.

Gelhradt- I know this sounds ridiculous but Wolves pen, Chelsea goal (Which again should have got us points), Norwich goal....he has had as much impact as any

Rodrigo- Contentious but when the cards are down he has really stepped up and been a leader on the pitch.

The last two are me clutching at straws in all honesty as none of them to me really stand out but I'd probably vote Forshaw at this point to come back from where he was to play at the level he has is amazing. If I didn't vote Forshaw I'd genuinley vote Gelhardt just for his impact off the bench and the feeling he generates in the stadium when he comes on for such a young kid.

Hard to chose between Dallas, Meslier and Forshaw (with Raphinha also in the mix). Will have to wait until the end of the season to decide.

Foreshaw - to come back from injury the way he has - held the midfield together for large parts of the season.

    Hard to argue with Forshaw.

the thing is that Dallas has been there through thick or thin for years now. it was why I gave him my vote.

PS- I love the way they both play. Just true "side before self" type of players.

Very true - Dallas has apparently played a few times this season when others might not - either through injury or personal loss.

Dallas, not only player of the season, should be team captain. If there is a player in this squad that comes close to the late great Mr Bremner, it is Mr Dallas.
