Aldershot Pubs

Im heading to the Aldershot game and was wondering where people would recommend for a pre match beer, assuming anyone has been there before?

My absolute pleasure.

Historically I've found this website very useful for parking and beers when venturing away from Meadow Lane to watch Notts. Just best to check whether the suggested places are still open as I'm not sure how often it's updated.

Already had googled and generally was interested in where people were going so i could be among other pies.
Laddos site is useful as it has everything in one place. Glad2 just needed to up his post count i guess.

Useful site but it can be out of date. I relied on 'plenty of parking around the ground' at Roots Hall and everywhere was residents only during match time. The stated parking site at a school was closed too.

Yeah it's better for pubs than parking. Tbh so many grounds at this level have free residential areas you can park at and walk (Bromley, Woking etc) at weekends and evenings so rarely an issue.

Never been to Aldershot so couldn't recommend a pub but looking forward to trying a place or two pre kick off.

Probably going to go to the Queen Hotel, looks like a couple of the others listed have closed down.
Main thing will be 3pts though
