The financially poor will not exist by next March

They will all by dead, caused by starvation and cold temperatures, because they have to buy food and electricity / gas.

So, all the poor will be dead next March and thus there is no problem. However, the working poor are nearly all on PAYE and thus their Minimum Wage is taxed in order to give Billionaires the opportunity to pay no tax.

This creates a problem for the government. A lot of the higher wage earners are not on PAYE and have the opportunity to use Tax Accountants who make sure that their clients pay fuck all tax. So next March when the working poor are all dead they will no longer be paying tax. The high wage earners will still pay fuck all tax. Thus the government will have little tax revenue coming in. There will then be fewer police, less street lighting and other services such as National Health will be cut or cease to be provided. It will be a far less healthy and a far, far more dangerous cunteryto be in.

However, the multi-billionaires will still be OK albeit they will need to substantially increase the security at the boundaries of their mansions. They will feel the need to permanently stay at home because going on journeys will be a risk.

Of course there will need to be a new poor percentage of society because no other bugger will pay any tax. It's going to get very complicated and even the hyper-rich will be uneasy because there will be a lot of desperate people who will be scavengers everywhere and such people will feel no need to have any morality whatsoever.
