Big Fulham and Chelsea fan and narrated the excellent "Match of the 70s" series.

R.I.P Dennis. One of things I most enjoyed watching him in was ''The World Cup: A Captain's Tale'' . The story of the ''first World Cup'', the ''Sir Thomas Lipton Trophy''.

Appeared in so many things going back to a 1960s Hammer film. Minder I liked a lot, a lot of fun and a fabulous partnership with George Cole's 'Arfur'. Rest in Peace, Dennis.

Yes great English actor. I thought he was good in Scars of Dracula, but that film is constantly panned by the critics, even though I think it's not a bad movie. R.I.P Dennis.

I remember watching that at the time it was premiered. exactly 40 years ago next month (05/Jun/1982). Presumably produced with the forthcoming World Cup in Spain in mind, England's first appearance in the finals for 12 years.
