Who do you expect to, and who do you want to leave ?

Trade of players starts 1st June.
    So who is leaving.

Players I believe should move on to other clubs are :
    Obbi - enough said.
    Leya - not shown enough.
Victor - given too many chances.
Woodrow - needs a change of club.
    Palmer - not done enough.
Moon - loan out may help.

Players I’m expecting to leave are:
    Collins
    Helik
    Kane
    Stiles
    Brittain
    Woodrow
    Morris

Bit of a coincidence that the season ticket deal closes on the day before transfer activity starts.

With a new head coach excepted in the next week or so - and a big change in players - I think the club should extend its deals on season tickets into July until supporters have an idea where the club is going.

    Miller is leaving.
Aichison - I don’t know owt about him, not seen him play.

Christie looks tidy - but has only just got into the team - so im expecting him to stay.
However - Neerav indicated that more than a couple of mature leaders will be brought in.
Im expecting these players to be central midfielders.
So that’s say 1 maybe 2 older central midfield players - in the same position as Christie.
Along with Wolfe, Palmer, Benson and Kane that also play in those TWO positions - and Oduor and Stiles that prefer that central position.
    Any more 🤷🏻*♂️🤷🏻*♂️🤷🏻*♂️

I cant speculate on who will or wont stay/leave but I expect significant rotation, however I will say this:

We need a sollbaueresque centre half to lead the pack, we need a solid older head in midfield, perhaps in the Drinkwater mould and we need proven goalscoring. We have the latter, its just a matter of keeping hold of them if we can.

Then theres the question of creativity and assists, last season this was obviously lacking and needs to be addressed. Put the ball in the right area and Woodrow and Morris will score (if we can retain them).

Some peripheral players will leave to cut the wage bill, we can survive with fewer players, its getting the right balance that matters.

As for the ageing experienced midfielder, well how much would Paddy Hourihane cost now ? lol.
I think Lg one is an easier league than the Champship, apart from against the top 7-8 who will be the promotion front runners.
For that reason then, Im wondering if Victor and Iseka and Cole can get amongst the goals. Id prefer Morris though of course ahead of them all.
And in midfield, we might see an improvement from Benson, Palmer, and the returning Kane.

I hope that we do not see Victor or Iseka in a reds shirt this season especially at the expense of Marsh or Bremhang , Iseka is bone idle & pinching a living whilst Victor has been discussed to death but the cold hard fact is that the lad does not score goals , Cole is one I am not sure of, I do not think he got a fair crack of the whip last season & we know he has pace but I keep clinging to the hope that we have Woodrow & Morris plus Aitcheson who looks to have real quality & hopefully follows on from his excellent season last year & steps up for us , we shall see
