Philip Day and the Carlisle United 1921 debt to Purepay Retail Limited

Philip Day has no shares in Purepay Retail Limited. He holds no office in the company and does not work for the company.

The Carlisle United 1921 debt is to Purepay Retail Limited.

Thus Philip Day has no interest whatsoever in the Carlisle United 1921 debt to Purepay Retail Limited.

    Can anyone doubt this conclusion?

Be forthcoming about your conclusion. Why do you reckon that given those stark truths Philip Day is still involved with the Carlisle United 1921 debt to Purepay Retail Limited? John Jackson is a director on more than 100 company boards.

Unaudited Accounts for Purepay Retail Limited as at 30 November 2020 stated that:

The Company's ultimate parent company and controlling party is Ideal Enviro Holdings Limited which is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

The registered office address of the ultimate parent company is RAK ICC Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Things may have changed since then but I would be very surprised if Philip Day isn't the ultimate owner of Ideal Enviro Holdings Limited.

OK, you are right to say that PD is involved in the 1921 debt to Purepay.

He has no shares in Purepay, nor is he a director nor does he work for the company.

But you find that the various financial media state that he controls Purepay by means of a very substantial loan to the company. Nobody seems to know who the ostensible ultimate 'owners' are.

Although the debt is in 1921 and the signature on anything related to the debt is likely to be that of the 1921 Chief Executive you can be certain that such signature will not occur until the blessings of the key Holdings folk are given. Of course The Three are well tied into this, not only by being key Holdings (which owns 93% of 1921) shareholders but also being Personal Guarantors of the debt.

So yes, the players involved in the current 'no contact' farce are extremely likely to be Philip Day and the key Holdings shareholders / directors. But we may be told otherwise. I can feel it in my whatsits.
