New Walsall owners

American group Trivella plc have taken control of Walsall fc.
Reading the article on the BBC website, they are fully aware of the communities ties to the club.
They want to buy the ground outright and this is pivotal to them delivering their plans.
They will back Manager Michael Flynn to be able to put together a competitive squad to move the club forward.
Walsall is the first club that Trivella have bought, however they plan to add more clubs to their portfolio.
One of the owners Boycott will become co-chairman.
Boycott states "There is a wonderful synergy when a consortium owns multiple clubs"
We are here for the long haul, but the purchase of the stadium is a "Big Piece", we are just the stewards the club belongs to the town!
OMG how similar does this sound to what has happened to us? Have they copied and pasted that article and just changed the owner and club names?
BE AWARE WALSALL THIS WILL NOT END WELL.

I just don’t get it Roma? They must pass the fit and proper test, but something has to be done about these consortiums who clearly are just wanting to make money out of clubs, essentially out of selling players on when they improve a bit! I know they are business people but as PMG proved here they can wreck a club with this model, if the same happens to Walsall as happened to us they will drop into non league eventually and could end up being the next Bury.
