Not 'could' CiB ---'should' ---if only he had gone with his head he would have scored! Having said that he played really well on Tuesday and was the same yesterday from all accounts.

In the past it's usually taken JBG 4/5 games after injury to really hit his straps, unfortunately it usually takes him only 5/6 games to get injured again. Hopefully he can stay fit this time, he'll be a big asset if he can. Fingers crossed.

If VK had been appointed Manger at the start of last season, with the players we then had, would we still be in the PL this season?

Great news BT. Pace has said he is not worried about the finances. I am guessing that, as well as raising capital to repay some of the debt, we have lowered the salary bill considerably. That will help to balance the books.
