    If you like to dabble…..

    ….. then have a small wager on Barnsley to get promoted. I kid you not I’ve had a small wager on them @ 7/1

    It’s a very strong League 1 this season,I’m glad we got out last season.

    The current top 8 are in a class of their own when compared to the rest of this league Brin .

    Which obviously means five will miss out , I reckon we are going to need over 80 points just to make the play offs and the mid 90's to get automatic .

    If we can keep Norwood fit and add another striker in January the play offs are defiantly attainable I'll say that .

    Animal, since Duff came in he’s lifted Barnsley to a new plateau. The win over the pigs being one instance. Not saying you’ll do it direct but, there’s something about the Tykes of late that makes you sit up and take note.

    He's doing an amazing job given where we were after the catastrophe of last season and done it without spending a penny in the transfer market .

    What's encouraging is that we've already gone to Plymouth , Derby , Ipswich and Wendy and after 11 games sit fifth with 20 points .

    As ever Brin you don't want to get too ahead of yourselves but it's very encouraging .
