As for demand pricing, the low end of that is certainly less per night than I'd charge per night for our house near Silverstone in the week leading up to the British Grand Prix. True story.
When we played Liverpool in the 1980s and Emlyn Hiughes was our manager I parked in a side street.
As soon as I got out of the car a group of kids approached me and asked if I wanted them to look after it for me. I asked how much it would be and they said £1. I gave them £1.
As I walked towards the ground several other cars containing Millers fans were pulling up to park and they were all approached by the same group of kids who were generally told to f*ck off.
After the game I walked back along the street and noticed that most of the cars had at least one flat tyre (some had 4 flat tyres) but mine was OK.
Blackmail maybe but Scousers will be Scousers so in my opinion it was £1 well spent.
